Gary Williams, Principal of The British Butler Institute, is a globally respected authority in modern butlering and luxury service. A graduate of the renowned Ivor Spencer International School for Butler Administrators, Gary began his distinguished career as Head Butler at The Ritz London, where he served royal families, dignitaries, and world leaders. Over the years, his career has spanned elite private households, embassies, and some of the most prestigious luxury hotels and residences around the world.

In partnership with Nai Lert Butler Academy, Gary leads professional certification programs in Bangkok that combine British service tradition with contemporary hospitality excellence. Through his training, participants gain not only technical mastery and precision, but also the poise, discretion, and emotional intelligence that define true service excellence. His approach inspires professionals to deliver experiences rooted in elegance, respect, and genuine care—hallmarks of the modern luxury service ethos.

Pisit Hongsakornprasert

Academic Director

With over 30 years of world-class experience in hospitality and aviation, Pisit is a master at transforming customer service into unforgettable experiences.

A graduate with distinction from a prestigious hotel management school, he began his career with global icons such as Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons Bangkok, and Royal Orchid Sheraton, where he refined his expertise in both Food & Beverage and Front of House operations. Rising to become a Butlers and Front of House Trainer, Pisit became known for perfecting the art of exceptional guest service.

His journey then soared to the airline industry, where he spent 19 years as an Onboard Service Leader and Crew Instructor for Northwest and Delta Airlines in the United States, specializing in safety, service psychology, and elevating the passenger experience to new heights.

As a highly sought-after trainer and consultant, Pisit has partnered with leading training companies, universities, and delivered expert programs for global organizations, including AIS, Kasikorn Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, King Power, Thai Airways International, Betagro, Minor Food Group, and The Crown Property Bureau.

Renowned for his mastery—certified by Stafford & Chan Pte Ltd., Singapore—in personality development, social etiquette, luxury service standards, and customer service excellence, Pisit has trained professionals across luxury hotels, fine dining, high-end retail, and even the automotive industry. He has served Hollywood celebrities and state leaders, consistently setting new benchmarks in service delivery.

In his current role as Academic Director and Service Consultancy Expert in charge of Nai Lert Butler, Pisit has created a pioneering professional butler curriculum that produces elite service professionals for prestigious fashion brands, luxury hospitality, private jet and beyond.

Kanitha Kaewpoungngam

Academic Instructor

With over 20 years of experience in nursing, aviation, and senior living, Kanitha combines precision care, luxury service standards, and leadership in hospitality.


Holding a Bachelor’s in Nursing Science from Mahidol University and a First-Class Master’s in Aviation Management, her career began as a Registered Nurse and progressed to international flight attendant before advancing to academia as University Lecturer and Aviation Training Manager—teaching hospitality service readiness and managing a dedicated safety training center for airline partners.

Currently serving as Senior Wellness Living Manager at Naya Residence by LivWell, she oversees operations for elderly residents and VIP clients, introducing IoT-based health monitoring, safety preparedness systems, and lifestyle programs to enhance quality of life. Certified as a Level 4 Food and Nutrition Coach, she bridges healthcare and hospitality to deliver service with empathy, precision, and world-class excellence.

Phanthachak Wongprecha

Business Development Manager

Phanthachak is a distinguished Thai professional whose career bridges diplomacy, business leadership, and world-class protocol. A graduate of Chulalongkorn University with First Class Honours in International Relations and a Master’s degree from the University of Warwick as a British Chevening Scholar, he was recognized as Chevening of the Month by the British Embassy.

With over a decade of service at Thailand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he represented the nation at the highest level—supporting Prime Ministers and Foreign Ministers, overseeing royal ceremonies and state visits, and managing ASEAN Summits, APEC, and major international events.
He later transitioned into the corporate sector, holding senior roles with organizations such as King Power, Boon Rawd, Siam Piwat, Phillip Morris, and Master Group Corporation. As CEO & Founder of The Diplomat Network, he promotes Thai soft power through initiatives such as Dinner Incredible, connecting diplomacy and gastronomy.


Today, he serves as Business Development Manager at Nai Lert Education, driving strategic business opportunities of international significance.

Apichart Jindasiripun

Academic Butler Operations Specialist

With over 25 years of distinguished experience in the hospitality industry,  

Apichart Jindasiripun is recognized for his mastery in food and beverage service, fine dining, and guest relations at the highest level. Certified by Nai Lert Butler in collaboration with the British Butler Institute, his expertise spans dining table settings and decoration across world service standards—including fine dining, English afternoon tea, and state visit banquets. 

Apichart’s career highlights include service to royal families in various countries, luxury fashion brands, and leading Thai ministries and authorities.

In addition to his service career, he also serves as an instructor for specialized classes such as Private Party Service, Silver Service, and artistic napkin folding for elegant table presentation.

Renowned for his interpersonal communication, patience, and meticulous attention to detail, he combines creativity, discipline, and adaptability to deliver world-class service experiences. His leadership and passion for excellence continue to inspire and elevate hospitality standards in every engagement.

Takdanai Poowon

Junior Butler

With nearly 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Takdanai Poowon has built a career across renowned brands such as The Oriental and Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok, Doha, and Dubai. His expertise spans concierge and butler services, VIP guest relations, and international pre-opening projects, including colleague exchange programs. 

 Career highlights include delivering discreet, personalized service for high-profile guests and supporting hotel openings in the Middle East. Most recently, as a Butler Service Executive, Takdanai has expanded his skills to visa assistance and long-stay guest support. Renowned for attentiveness, cultural sensitivity, and a service philosophy that values meaningful detail, he continues to embody world-class hospitality standards. 

Chayada Sangsuwan

Academic Executive

With over 15 years of experience in education and training, Chayada Sangsuwan has worked across universities and corporate organizations in teaching, training, and program coordination. 

She began her career as an Exclusive Assistant at an international training firm, supporting senior trainers in program delivery, client coordination, and workshop preparation. 

Later, she joined Rajabhat Songkhla University as a lecturer, teaching courses in management and strategy while mentoring students on projects and presentations. 

Her work included preparing lesson plans, designing class materials, and creating assessments that supported both individual and group learning. 

She expanded her career into the corporate field as a Management and Personality Analyst at Be Better Group Co., Ltd., where she developed training programs, analyzed personality profiles, and aligned training content with organizational needs. 

In 2023–2024, she returned to Rajabhat Songkhla University as a Special Lecturer, teaching strategic management and designing updated instructional materials.
